Get in Touch

This is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot verify custody, release anyone, post bond, or retrieve official records. Contact the responsible office directly.

Sheriff Records and Administration

The MCSO Public Records Custodian handles county booking and jail-record requests. Give the full name, a narrow booking-date range, any known booking or MNI number, and the specific record wanted.

Madison County Sheriff’s Office
2364 West US 90
Madison, FL 32340
(850) 973-4151
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays

Email addresses sent to MCSO can become public records under Florida law. Use phone or mail if that is a concern.

Jail and Custody Questions

Only jail staff can confirm present custody. SmartWeb instructions are on the recent-arrests hub.

Madison County Jail
823 SW Pinckney Street
Madison, FL 32340
(850) 973-4002

For non-emergency dispatch, call MCSO Communications at (850) 973-4001 extension 1. Call 911 for an emergency.

Warrants and Victim Support

Warrants and Records Clerk Tammy Tuten can be reached at (850) 253-3345, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays. Verify a warrant there instead of relying on a copied listing.

Victims needing VINE registration help may contact Victims Advocate Shelia Combs at (850) 253-3348, 823 SW Pinckney Street. See the VINELink Inmate Check for alert guidance.

Court Records and Outcomes

The Clerk is the official route for a criminal docket, disposition, or seal-and-expunge forms. A disposition is the court’s outcome. Check it because an arrest does not prove guilt.

Madison County Clerk of Court
125 SW Range Avenue, Room 106
Madison, FL 32340
(850) 973-1500
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Use the Daily Arrest Report for new bookings or the Weekly Arrest Log for a broader period.
